Refund & Return Policies

 

Like you, we are shoppers and we realize the pain of receiving something that does not work out for us. We always do our best to send out items in a condition that we would be happy to receive ourselves. However, we are human too and may sometimes make mistakes. That is why we add Worry Free Purchase in our policy.

 

Worry Free Purchase

At GoodsO’clock we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund, minus the original shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order (please take photos or videos of product/s) - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.

Please Note: There are NO RETURNS for any of our Customized Items. They are final sale unless it is defective.

 

Warranty

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. Outside of this period, we do not accept any type of return or exchange unless you have a product warranty.

IF your purchase does not match the description or you got a defective item or received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. Once we accept your warranty claim, you will be given the return address and instructions.

We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@goodsoclock.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.


Please Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. The customer is responsible for return shipping and GoodsO’clock will absorb the cost of shipping the replacement product. GoodsO’clock cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.

 

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: support@goodsoclock.com

 

What Else is Important to Know?

  1. Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to support@goodsoclock.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost
  2. Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method
  3. Sale items, discounted items and Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded
  5. There are NO RETURNS for any of our Customized Items. They are final sale unless it is defective.
  6. Credit for your return will be issued after we have inspected your returned item(s). The time may vary, but will usually occur within 2-3 business days after receipt. Refunds via credit card may take time to appear in your credit statement. Please allow one full billing cycle

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?


Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

 

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example at online shopping, which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at GoodsO’clock. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
